SEAMLESS GUTTERS
At Barnett Construction , the exterior of your home is just as important as the inside, great care and attention is given to the elements and the impact they will inevitably have on your homes exterior, right up to the heavy duty seamless .027 gauge gutters we install, not the .019 thinner gauge that production builders install to save on their costs , the mitigation of rain water or snow is important to the longevity of your roofing and to move the water away from your foundation out into the yard to keep erosion and standing water down as well .
FLOORING
At Barnett homes we believe the flooring you walk on should be as inviting and pleasurable to look at and minimum maintenance as possible. We only install Porcelain, marble and LVP flooring, you won’t see cheap subpar thin walled ceramic tiles anywhere in our flooring projects, Lets face it, your homes flooring takes a beating, shouldn’t it last as long as possible and be as durable as possible!
CABINETS
At Barnett Construction, we believe that quality should our #1 focus when it comes to your project, that’s why we take great care in planning every aspect of your home or remodel down to the very materials that we install into your home. When it comes to your dream kitchen, our cabinets and vanities are made from top notch materials, cabinet grade plywood all the way around and hardwood door facings with heavy duty adjustable 6 ways hinges. not particular board or flake board like our “competitors” cabinets. One of the most important decisions and investments into your project is the kitchen areas in your home and how you plan for them as well as the resale value of you home.
FRAMING
Barnett Custom Carpentry and Fine Homes specialize in precise wood framing of your home’s structure, a great solid foundation of a home or remodel is the materials used to start the building processes. We start with engineered lumber in our walls, purpose being they are straight and won’t warp or twist over time, and engineered beams for all load bearing applications, 50 year warrantied Goldbond subflooring to prevent swelling and water damage, ZIPWALL exterior sheating system to ensure a tight and wind proof exterior before the siding goes on to prevent thermal bleeding of your homes heating and AC systems keeping your energy costs down unlike our competitors that use construction grade lumber ,which are cheaper and are the causes of many problems down the road that become too costly to repair

My name is Dayton Barnett. After we at Barnett Construction earn the privilege of working with you and your family to build your dream home or remodel your current home to be the home of your dreams, then it’s “Belts On!”
What do I mean by “Belts On”? You will actually see me on your jobsite with the tools of my trade in my hand. Anyone can swing a hammer – I’ve been doing it since I was 12 years old, and have been assembling the crew at Barnett Construction ever since. Together, we achieve superior craftsmanship through dedication, and quite simply, consistent hard work. We also understand the value of your own sweat equity.
My team of craftsmen and I personally oversee every phase of your home build or remodeling project to make sure it exceeds the new standards we are setting in the residential construction industry. To create the standard, we cannot do this from a desk, in an office – or defer it to a project supervisor. You will work with me and my team from the first bucket of dirt that’s poured, to the exchange of your home’s keys in your hand.
Have you ever felt like a number or left behind , forgotten about as soon as the contract was signed? Only to be pawned or passed off to unqualified supervisors or subcontractors to fill in the gaps of where your builder promised he would be. We’ve heard it numerous times from prospective clients that once the contract was signed, that very incident happened and the customer service ended. We start with solid wood Anderson 200 series windows, wood window encasements, insulated garage doors, solid core interior doors, and more. When gable end vents are combined with soffit vents, this can keep a continuous air flow through your roof or attic. The cooler outside air will be brought in through your soffit vents and expel the hotter humid air through your gable vents. This will help reduce the humidity in your roof, reducing the risk of damaging your roof over time. |
