Over the years we have been called to many homeowners projects to offer our initial opinions on the progress and quality of the build because the homeowner felt like the building company wasn’t being straight and forthcoming with what was actually taking place on their project, and while everyone is different in their processes and procedures, we feel there are fundamentals that every Homebuilder and Remodeler should adhere to and guidelines to follow in order to be called a professional in our industry as well as doing everything in their power to make it right to insure the the quality of the build is priority and the customer concerns are put to rest through constant quality control measures , showing the customer every part of their project was to the utmost highest standard
Below you will find more than a few situations we caught and called out top builders and tradesmen doing subpar workmanship and pawning it off as “industry standards” and refusing to make it right, causing failure in the long run and long after the Builder is gone , leaving the customer with and expensive future problem to handle.
